servicing the mortgage on Rose Cottage

maintenance and improvement of the meadows, including tree management, maintenance and improvement of hatches, and

controlling nettles, brambles etc

professional consultancy fees

rent to the Dean and Chapter

Income is obtained from

sponsor donations

donations from the Friends

rent from grazing and fishing

conservation grants
